My Appearance On Late Night Cocoa

March 1st, 2007

I was honored to be a guest on Scotty’s excellent Late Night Cocoa podcast.

Those of you who have been regular listeners will notice that my episode is about twice the length of most of the previous episodes. What can I say? I like to talk.

This episode will be of interest (I hope!) to any developers hoping to gain a better understanding of adding scripting support to your Cocoa applications.

Woot Daniel, how does it feel to be 007? :) Yeah I’m totally looking forward to Leopard for at least the reason of not touching AppleScript — although currently I make due with rb-appscript.

How cool is it that the podcast you had been wishing for a few months ago and had even thought of starting yourself, now exists, and how cool is it that you are one of the guests? I can’t wait for this new episode to appear in my Podcasts folder in iTunes.

Congrats and most excellent Daniel! I look forward to listening as I’m currently working on scripting support myself and hopefully my episode will be equally interesting :) [yay, Xcode!]

An aside (oft heard I’m sure) – congratulations on MarsEdit, I’m quite excited about what the future holds for my favorite blogging app.

    Yay, what a great episode!

Ingenious excerpt (out of context): “If you choose the correct design approach early on, you save a lot of work”. My vote for a Jalkut’s Law :D
